Returns
We accept returns on new and unused products within 30 days of delivery, for both defective and non-defective items.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unused and in their original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required
• Products showing signs of use may not be eligible for return

• Your contact phone number
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue or reason for return
• Any relevant photos & videos if the item is faulty or damaged

Our support team will review your request and provide further instructions.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5 working days.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.
